• Rapple Showroom Sales, Telesales, External sales

• 3 years min hair stylist experience

• Must have a drivers licence 

• Drive and source new business development opportunities by visiting clients within the South African market

• Work closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations

• Educate clients regarding industry developments and processes

• Weekly reports and administration management

• Achieve monthly and accumulative targets

• Manage and train team members and / or clients

• Ensure strong and relevant product and competitor knowledge

• Service & retain accounts through upholding consistent in-service level agreements

• Assisting and creating presentation material and advertising displays

• Product management, receiving and dispatching orders, handling of damaged products and returns

• Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances and questions of customers

• Responding to customer complaints and problem solving to avoid recurring problems

• Organizing special promotions, displays and attending events and expos

• Any other requirements needed to insure fluent sales and operational services.
