Stock is not reserved until a signed acceptance or written order is received. Availability is confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of quoting.
Payment by EFT into the account shown above, using the quote number as reference. Email proof of payment to orders@rapple.co.za. Account customers are on the terms of their Rapple trade account; cash customers pay before dispatch.
Goods remain the property of Rapple Products (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.
Delivery: free delivery on qualifying orders over R1,500 within our own local delivery areas (T&Cs apply). Courier deliveries are never free of charge. Large furniture and bulky items ship separately and are quoted separately where applicable.
Claims for shortages or damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, and may attract a handling fee. Special-order, clearance and opened product are non-returnable.
Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty only. Warranty claims must be accompanied by this quote number or the matching invoice.
Electrical equipment must be installed and used per the manufacturer instructions; misuse or unauthorised repair voids the warranty.
Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
