Silky Professional Color Care Diluting Shining Liquid Clear Toner

Demi-permanent liquid toning dye that can be used as gloss with the specific activator. It can also be mixed with all the other shades of liquid toner to tone down the color intensity.

INGREDIENTS
Aqua (Water), Isopropyl Alcohol, Laureth-2, Oleic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Peg-2 Cocamine, Cocamide Mea, Ethanolamine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sec-Butyl Alcohol, Sodium Metabisulfite, Disodium Edta, Quaternium-80, Ascorbic Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Linalool.

APPLICATION TIPS
For a shining action, after shampooing mix with the specific activator in 1:1.5 dilution and leave on for 10 minutes. To tone down the color intensity, mix in equal dose with the chosen shade of liquid toner, respecting the setting times recommended for the liquid toners of the range.
